Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and have a 2 week minimum turnaround time. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, choose this option at checkout to pick up your order. Once it is finished, you will be notified it is ready for pickup.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages
